How much should I charge for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house?
Estimate the hours it takes you (often 2.5–4 hours for a standard clean of an average-size home) and multiply by your target hourly rate. The calculator above does this and adjusts for deep cleans and recurring discounts.
Should I charge by the hour or a flat rate?
Quote a flat rate to the client, but calculate it from hours. Flat rates are easier to sell, and hourly math keeps you profitable.
